Top 10 Tips For Healing Math/test Taking Anxiety

You look at your timetable, and your heart sinks. It’s math, again. Your heart begins to pound, and your palms become all sweaty. As you walk into the classroom and take a seat, there is a huge knot in your stomach. The equations you are supposed to be working out in your textbook are staring at you, and you can’t seem to make sense of anything, but all your classmates are busy writing down their answers.

Also, despite many studies, many students face not having a calm mind during exams and tests.

Okay, enough with the drama, but math anxiety is REAL. Here are ten tips for healing math test-taking anxiety. Stay tuned as you won’t want to miss anything.
